Royal azure
on grey.
One committed hue carries the brand: royal azure (hue 270) for every interactive moment. The canvas is neutral grey, the ink ramp is neutral grey, the hairlines are neutral grey. The only color in the system is the brand.
Neutral grey-white, the operator's eight hours. The darker step in the canvas → paper → white rhythm. Achromatic on purpose: every color in the system is the brand.
Near-white paper, the middle step. Tiles, hover surfaces, sunken blocks. Sits between Glacier and white so the elevation ladder reads cleanly.
Royal Azure, every interactive moment. Focus rings, links on light, the AI sparkle endpoint, the active rail indicator. Brighter and more violet than stock SaaS blue.
Navy Electric, the mesh ground on /login and AI tiles. Primary CTA fill on light surfaces. The deepest, most saturated blue in the system.
Atmosphere only on the door and on AI.
Mesh-dark appears in exactly two places, /login and AI-led blocks. Sky and Powder live only inside the mesh as orb stops; never use them as product UI colors.
Ink is neutral grey, end to end.
A true achromatic ramp from 28% to 78% lightness. No hue cast, no warm or cool lean. The brand color belongs to Royal Azure alone; everything else gets out of its way.
Status is a tonal pair, never a solid block.
Every status surface is a *-bg paired with the corresponding signal-* text color, plus a literal status word. Color is never the only signal.
Connected, installed, delivered, positive trends.
Under review, pending, warnings. Operator action required.
Overdue, chargeback lost, destructive actions.
What the system feels like at component scale.
Buttons, links, focus rings, and status pills as they actually appear in the product. The whole palette converges into a few interactive primitives.
Abyss fill, white label
Arc fill, brand moments
White on canvas, hairline border
No fill, hover only
The chargeback evidence deadline is Tuesday. Insyte filed three of the four already.
- Use Glacier as the canvas. White is for tiles, not the page.
- Pair every status color with a literal word.
- Reserve mesh-dark for /login and AI-led blocks.
- Use Arc on one interactive moment per surface, not as decoration.
- No gradients. No gradient text on body or buttons.
- No fifth blue. Reach for whitespace or weight contrast.
- No Sky or Powder as product UI colors. Atmosphere only.
- No solid-on-solid status colors. Tonal pairs only.
